Problems Returning Replacement DVR’s

If anyone has DVR issues that result in the box needing to be replaced -DO NOT DO THIS BY HAVING A BOX SHIPPED TO YOU. I have had to return 3 DVR boxes at this point (I have 2; each were replaced and I had to replace one of the replacement boxes). On my last bill, I was charged for FIVE DVR boxes. I got a refund, but then all of the sudden, one of the replacement boxes that was removed from my account a week ago CAME BACK! How the heck does that happen. This has been a nightmare and judging by my “order” to remove this box again, my bill will still be wrong next month. This is NOT good customer service.

In summary - if you can (I didn’t have this option due to COVID), replace your boxes through a Comcast store. I am considering switching providers due to this major headache.

Shout out to Juan in the Billing department. I think he finally got my account all straightened out.
