Problem in cancelling services

Problem in cancelling services


I would like to cancel services that include the internet and TV on May 4th, 2020. However, phone customer service is not helpful. The waiting time was more than 35 munites that ended up with the call line hanging up. Nobody helped me and the account that we have did not give us the option to cancel online. 

Please help me cancel the services.
