I have two accounts; one in Florida and one in PA. I cannot put my real e-mail in both (system says it's already assigned to a different account - DUH) and my Comcast e-mail is never used. I tried to link the accounts but I get as far as the security question because the image doesn't appear and the audio never happens aven though my volume is way up. I called and spoke to a real person after 20 agonizing minutes, but they were of no help to me. I'm on Paperless ans auto billing on both accounts.
