Pricing to established customers not offered the same as new customers
Why does a company that states it is for its customers not offering the DEALS for new customers to established customers. I am currently being charged $199. and change for the exact same package that is being offered to any new customer for $89 and change. This is not a very customer oriented company I have spoken to a customer service person who states there is nothing they can do to lower this bill that by the way was just increased $34.00 from last month without any notice. I think it is time to drop Comcast and go with another company.
