I’ve had great difficulty this week with finding a new deal since my two year contract was expiring. I would think that Xfinity would want to keep their customers, but despite being a customer for seven years, the only way I could get a slightly lower or similar price was by making significant cuts to the number of channels I have and by significantly cutting my internet speed. I definitely don’t feel valued as a customer. Before this week, I was on the fence about staying with Xfinity TV or switching to a streaming service like Hulu. However, after my multiple interactions with customer service this week, I’m now considering cutting all Xfinity services and finding a new internet provider.
Does anyone have tips for dealing with Xfinity customer service or for negotiating good deals?
