I have been a loyal triple play customer for almost 30 years. I am now retired and on a fixed income and cannot afford waht i have to pay every month. I have called ans poken with cstomer service and they say that there is nothing they can do to lower my price unless I dropp some of my services. I offered to sign up for another two years if they would be willing to lock in the existing price and they refused. You are forcing me to seek out anothe service unless you can help me with the price.
