Prepaid to Postpaid Issue

I'm currently a Xfinity prepaid customer and interested in upgrading to a postpaid service by the end of this week.  However, when I attempt to access the Xfinity Store/Upgrade page while logged into my account, I'm greeted by an error with a telephone number.  Unfortunately, no one on that helpline was of any help.  I've seen the staff responses on similar issues and I'm not interested in discussing purchase options via PMs.  I'm only interested in accessing the page to provide my family and I self-service.  Could anyone provide me a solution to this issue?
