I’ve been with Xfinity Comcast for several years now. I transferred my internet/cable service in March 2018. I was told with my new 1 year contract I would receive a $200 prepaid gift card. I gave them several months and still have not received it. Up until this point whenever I talk to a Xfinity customer service representative they tell me I should receive it any day now. However, a recent representative told me I need to follow this up with a Xfinity rewards center representative. One of the representatives conference called the rewards center and we waited for 2 hours. They will not answer my calls. I tried sending a message online as well and have not heard back. The general Xfinity representatives state there is nothing they can do and they do not know why the rewards center is not answering the phone. How do I get my prepaid gift card I was offered when starting my service? I am a bit concerned because I’ve researched others who had the similar concern and it looks like they’ve also experienced nightmares with this. Is this really a scam?
