Prepaid Internet

I have had the service since December and it's the worst. The constantly reboots and never have Internet connection longer then 30 minutes. I have call multiple times since I have and no one helps, I can never get a supervisor and all they say is that "We see that you're online".i have asked for my money back or a new modem. I was told no. Please don't waste your time.
