Possible Missing Channel(s)

Hello,

before upgrading yesterday to the new X1 box, I had the TV Land channel. Now, when I turn to that channel (channel 22 here) It says I need to upgrade my subscription (or something like that). I was told I would have the same channels when I upgraded. Can anyone check to see if this channel should be apart of my new promotional package?

were you on the old legacy system or just swapped x1 set top boxes? use the xfinity MyAccount app, select the TV tab. touch the channel lineup link does that channel show up there? if so, press the A button on the remote and run the system refresh menu. working?

I just wanted to follow up to see if the steps provided by @Rustyben cleared the error you're receiving for TV Land? If not, can you send me another private message with your first and last name so I can double-check your lineup and bills to see if something has changed with the packages that indicate why you can't access it?
