I'm very unhappy w Xfinity service.Wifi shuts on off.Iam willing to negotiate I am In Disability fair act as my self.I will no longer need your services for this device.Request the Amount of $42.59 to be credited back to original form of payment.

We are customers like you, and can not refund you as you wish. A corp rep may jump in after a while, to see what could be done, but you would have a quicker reply by calling their billing department.
