I am very frustrated with Comcast. I have been a Comcast customer for over 20 years. I pay over $200 per month for triple play which doesn't include any premium channels. My internet is very slow and streaming is poor, and I never use my home telephone. There are constant offers for deals for new customers, yet it appears loyalty means nothing to Comcast. I can switch providers to get their new customer deals or will Comcast work with me?
