Poor customer service

Very unhappy that Comcast is not willing to work with me. And would much rather me leave for a competitor. Would like and email to which I voice my concerns.

Need to reduce the cable bill. On phone representative could only offer a $48 savings on a $286 bill.

I can get dish for @ $140. She stated that was the best she could do.

So on my desk, I have a $300 gift card from dish And I can reduce my bill by $150 a month for two years........hm which way would you go......
