Poor customer service

My question is: Why cant I get a tech to repair my sprinklers??? They cut two water lines when they buried the installed cable. I`v  chated with "numerous' persons that apparently are not from this country. Their answer to my problem is "I`ll make a ticket".....still no one comes to fix my sprinklers. This has been a month.....waiting for a "body" to fix the problem. I`ll wait with abated breath till some one "CALLS" me. They set me a small bill to pay but they can`t get their act together to fix the property they distroyed. NOW they still want the montly bill paid.
