I was chatting in to see what's going on with the horrible service we're experiencing in 94110 area. It's been spotty for over two weeks, which is unacceptable when paying so much.
I wanted to use the chat feature to get in touch since I am working, but it says my phone number is invalid. Not only is it not invalid, but there's nowhere to even enter a number to begin with. Please help!
