Poor Customer Service

What is the best way to contact a manager?  I have called 2x to upgrade my service and after holding for over 30 mins on both calls and asking the second agent to call me back if we get disconnected, i don't have my issue resolved and both agents disconnected the call without performing any work.

I can't even get through to an agent at all. this is insantiy.

The chat bot is useless.  And I cannot get connected with an agent.  And I cannot find a place to send an e-mail complaint.  Is cancellation our only option?
