Please stop sending me the wrong equipment

On July 8 I ordered the new “white” gateway the XB7 but instead I received the XB6 which is the one I already have. They then supposedly sent the correct on on July 9 only to receive the XB6 again on July 10. Someone please tell me where the disconnect is. I am waiting for Comcast to ship the correct equipment a 3rd time which should arrive this week.
