Please help? Not having luck finding a new plan via website.
Can someone please help me find a new plan for my elderly dad? His old one expired and they pulled his premium channel (Starz) with no warning. The website only shows 2 (it says 3 but only 2 show) plans with fewer channels at a higher rate, and quite frankly I haven't had great experiences with the phone reps. I have had great service online so I'm really hoping someone can help find a similar plan to what he had for around the same price. Thanks in advance!
