Please help I’m getting very frustrated why can’t I shop for plans online?
This is ridiculous all I want is to shop for new plans instead I’m being herded into making a call that I do not want to make and all it’s going to do is agitate me to the point I will entertain offers from companies. I have been a devout loyal Comcast subscriber for thirty years please dont treat me like an imbecile.
