Please bury my drop

Please bury my drop

We recently had a new cable line installed. A temporary line was placed from our house to the box that is located in the neighbor’s yard. The new line was buried on our property, but the crew never buried the portion that is in the neighbor’s yard. This happened several weeks ago and we have called several times to have it taken care of, but to no avail. Please fix this.
