Please Help - Transferring Service to new address - Two Hard Credit Pulls Without Consent

Hello! 

 

I'm moving and needed to update my Comcast address and schedule an install at my new apartment.  For some reason I have two separate hard inquiries on my credit report from Comcast when I was never informed my credit would be pulled. It's strange that it happened twice, without my consent and I'm a current Comcast customer so I dont know why it would need to be pulled to move my service.

 

I've read on the forum that others have been able to have these hard inquiries 'masked' so they won't show up/effect my Equifax credit score.  Can someone on here help me out?
