Plant extension

Plant extension

I recently had an install appointment that was unable to be completed due to the need for a plant extension. A few days later I was contacted and another install appointment was made without mention of the plant extension. Once I asked I was informed their was a note on the account that mentioned the extension and everything will be taken care of by the installer. No other information was provided to me and I’m curious if anyone can provide me with more information, and confirm whether or not the plant extension is really scheduled.
