Picking up self-installation equipment

I completed my order for internet service this morning and selected self-installation, yet I have still not received notice that the order is ready. Do I have to wait for the store to notify me, or can I go over before then?

Hi devonjade, thank you for completing your order and Welcome to the Comcast family. The self install kit will ship within 24 hours of completing the order online. You should receive an email almost instantly with the confirmation number and you'll also get another email with the tracking information once the package ships.
