I recently upgraded my internet service to Extreme. The deal specifically states that it includes Peacock Premium. When I log in to my Peacock account and try to link my Xfinity account, I receive an error telling me that my service does not include Peacock Premium.
I read the details on the plan and it did not specify that existing customers were not eligible for Peacock Premium if upgrading. Can someone please authorize my account?
Hello, lrsatlanta! Welcome to the Xfinity Forums.
I'm glad you reached out to us here with your questions about Peacock Premium. This has been such a great new service lately and I would love to help you get this figured out so you can also enjoy it as much as everyone else has!
What platform are you trying to log in on where you are seeing this error? If you haven't already, you will need to log on with your X1 or Flex box first. Once the service has been activated, then you can set a password that will let you use it elsewhere like the Peacock app and their website.
Give that a try and let us know if that helps or if we need to take a closer look. I look forward to your update! 🙂
I have peacock premium included in my plan as well, but I did not want a Flex because I will never use it and it would have wasted time having you ship something that will sit in a closet. So without this device, the service can't be registered through my account?
I'm facing the same issue. I upgraded my Internet Plan but skipped the Flex option, because I have no intention of using it. But now I'm not able to get the Peacock Premium to work, though I'm supposed to have it with the upgraded plan. Very annoying.
The Peacock service is really wonderful and we want you to be able to utilize it if you want to! These links provide the answers to most questions but please let us know if you need further assistance:
