I made a payment on my bill on 5/18/20 and it still has not been deducted from my overall balance. I cannot get a hold of an Agent by phone since I keep getting kicked out. I need to make sure that last payment gets deducted from my balance due and update what I actually owe so my services will not be shut off in the future. This has been an horrible situation using the Virus as an excuse to provide no customer service when members are actually trying to pay their bills and have it reflect correctly. This is one gigantic Strike against Comcast/Xfinity! Comcast is not allowing me to due account management! If my payment was just deducted from the balance owed then I would not have to go through this.
