So I'm a new customer. I just received my equipment. Set it up no problem. But why don't my bank statements show a payment to Xfinity? When will I have to pay?

Have you received a billing statement, yet?  Are you getting billing statements via snailmail or ecobill?  Either way you should have access to your billing statments under My Account. Are you signed up for Autopay?  Autopay usually doesn't kick in until the second month of billing.
