A payment was sent by my back (Trumark Financial) on March 16th in the amount of $75.59. You are stating that my bill is deliquent for March and did not credit my account for this payment. I do have a copy of the transaction from my bank. Please tell me how I can get this fixed since I am unable to contact anyone from Xfinity. All problems can not be solved via electronics! We should be able to call someone especially when it comes to billing!
