I'll be honest- Im not sure ive ever dealt with a company that is more in compassionate and unsympathetic to customer's needs even when the customer has been loyal for approximately 10 years. I asked for a 3 day extension for my payment arrangement, and everyone I've spoken with says no. Anyway, since I have to make a payment by the 10th, and I dont get paid until the 13th, if I pay by check over the phone, will it hit before the 13th?
