Last Monday I attempted via online chat to set up a payment arrangement for my bill only asking for two more days. All the other utility companies have been super during this pandemic and I have seen Xfinity commercials acting like they care and will help but I was told that in order for my services to be restored I had to pay the entire amount right then. I need internet for my job bc of having to work from home but in transitioning into working at home I missed some work and a paycheck. I had to use money that was for groceries to pay my bill. Sad thing is all I ask for was 48 hours. I've done payment arrangements many times with no issues but during this it's a no go? I am very disappointed in Comcast and am thinking that I will find services elsewhere.
