Why is it that when I'm trying to look over the available packages in my account page, I have to contact a customer service person. I like look over the available packages with my wife and see what channels are available and the cost. Instead, I have to talk to a very nice individual that will tell me what is available. Afterwards, I have to explain to my wife exactly what the person told me. What a pain and it's very frustrating. I would probably upgrade my account but not if I have to go through all of these hoops to get it done. Please make you web page more user friendly and more transparent.
