I reached out to customer service after getting an error while trying to change my services. A package being offered shows the following:
However, when I try to actually purchase the package, I am given an error and told to contact customer service. The service rep then told me that he could not give me this deal and required $95.00/mo. for a 24 month agreement, which is not what is advertiszed. I was told to call customer service by they are not up. I am reaching out to and at the same time wondering why this bait-and-switch deal is occuring.
