My current package is expiring soon and when I call in I continously have issues understanding the people on the phone. I tried to use to the website but get an error that directs me to call the people who I can hardly understand. Not the best functionality and this is a very high effort experience on my part, not something I usually look for in a service provider.
Assistance with resolving my pacakage issues would be appreciated.
