After a storm on March 2nd, overhead wires for our Comcast gigabit internet service have been down on the ground. Two weeks of customer service represenatives telling me that I am a priority has led me here. To say that I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. It seems that the people I'm talking to on the phone are at an arms length from the workmen on the street. Is there someone at Comcast that can get a linesman to our property to resolve this issue?
