Outages - Customer Service Bill Credit a Joke

After haviong Multiple outages every day for 6 days in a row, some of which lasting for over an hour, during this time when many people are working from home, Comast "policies" are a joke. Comcast was so kind as to offer me a $7 credit (1.5 days of the bill) based on the total minutes of outages I have experienced with no consideration for how disruptive each of these outages truly are - dropped from video conference calls, unable for my student to do their school work, etc.

Unfortunately they will only give you credit for the time the service wasn't available, and not for what kind of personal interruptions it may cause.
