Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forums to inform us outages that were affecting your entertainment experience.  We apologize for the delayed reply. I wanted to follow up with you to see if you are still having issues?


In the future, you can monitor outages in your area by accessing the Xfinity Status Center. This site will provide you with information about planned or unplanned maintenance and repairs going on in your area that may affect your services, as well as times of when these issues should be resolved.
