Outage for 2 days now...

Outage for 2 days now...

When asked about repair time we are directed to a site that gives a time. That time has continued to be delayed for 2 days now. Is this really necessary? How about just be honest and say ‘ we have no idea. When it’s working you’ll know or we’ll let you know.’ So far I’ve gotten this:
Repaired April 17 1:35pm
4:25pm
9:45pm
10:45pm
Repaired April 18 1:22am
8:35am
10:35am
12:35pm
Really? Sorry. This is ridiculous.
