Outage compensation

Outage compensation

I had 2 outages in less than 7 days, and both were in time windows I use internet pretty much. This occurred inconvenience for me, especially when I had to participate in conference call and do facetime with my family abroad. I think I deserve to be compensated with this problem. Thanks.
