Ordered internet but never received email to confirm my account

Hi,
I ordered xfinity internet services to be installed at my apartment next Saturday but I never received the email to confirm my account, so I can’t log in. Not sure what to do at this point, so I’m starting this topic to ask for help.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
