I called Comcast yesterday and ordered a new XG1v3 DVR to replace the older XG1v1 DVR that i was given at my local Comcast store.
I was told that I would receive an E-Mail with the tracking number, but have yet to receive one.
Any idea how long it takes to get the tracking number?
