Ordered New X1 DVR

Ordered New X1 DVR

I called Comcast yesterday and ordered a new XG1v3 DVR to replace the older XG1v1 DVR that i was given at my local Comcast store.

 

I was told that I would receive an E-Mail with the tracking number, but have yet to receive one.

 

Any idea how long it takes to get the tracking number?

Hello psdstu, the tracking number will be sent once the equipment is sent from the warehouse. I can check on the status if you'd like, please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me".
