Order still says pending

I upgraded my internet from 100 to 200 mbps on April 5, but my order still says pending. When I check my internet tab on the Xfinity app or website, it says I have “performance speeds up to 200 mbps”, but a speed test shows it’s still a little below 100. I’m not sure if something needs to be done on the backend, but any help would be appreciated!
