Order status

I ordered a battery backup for my Gateway on March 23. It was charged to my account on my April bill. I cannot get a status report from Xfinity on where the backup is. I get promises that someone will call and let me know when I will see it and No One Calls.  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

i'VE CALLED EVRY 2 WEEKS  WITH NP RESULTS.
