Order Pending

I have transferred my service to a new address and my account still says I have a “Pending” order and it is “still in the works”
My service has been setup since July 24th 2020. I can not access any information on my account due to this screen showing up. All I can do is reset passwords which I obviously do not want to do.
I’ve contacted service since the 24th and have had over 12 associates try to solve this and cannot.

What can I do? My internet is slow as a turtle and I can’t access the modem setting because of the “pending” screen
