Orange drop at my duplex for 2 months. I have called 3 times to have it buried and nothing happens.

Orange drop at my duplex for 2 months. I have called 3 times to have it buried and nothing happens.

I have had 2 orange drop lines running from the alley across my yard for 2 months.

 

I have made 3 attempts to have it buried, in which I was told someone would contact me. No one ever does, I call again and the person is clueless. I'm doing landscaping now so this needs to be burried right away or else my brand new sod and everything will be ruined!

 

Please help!
