I am having a similar problem with Comcast not burying a cable for two months now. We have tried repeatedly to speak with someone at Comcast and they promise to have someone call me back but they never do. I am on the phone now on hold for 14 minutes trying to speak with someone. The cable runs from the box at the road over bushes, across my deck, in the yard to neighbor's yard. A three year old child lives in one of these two homes and this could be extremely dangerous. We have to trim bushes around it and mow around it.
How can we get this cable buried ASAP in order to prevent harm to the child and unsightly orange wire running everywhere?
