Everyone advertises customer service- but no one actually knows what that means. The temp orange cable has been in our yard for over 6mos. We have had to move & mow around about 150 feet of it. Finally after 2 phone calls, 2 men buried a permanent cable, but said a tech would be out to connect it & disconnect the temp cable. That was 3 was ago, so I called 12/21/17 & am still waiting.
