Orange cable in yard. No billing help. Charged for TV but only the modem is connected, I get no TV
I'm a new customer with a promo internet plan. I see I'm charged for TV but I only have a modem & no other coaxial panels work in the house but the one the modem is connected to. Also, I need to extend my billing date because of this COVID19 stuff. Currently, the internet is the only way for me to see my family & stay updated on the economy. I can't talk to customer service about billing because the virtual chatbot tells me only certain calls are prioritized. Will service interruptions also be postponed?
