SUPER irritated with u guys. Obvious problem with your online chat asking for phone number when there is no place to enter it...ridiculous! Cannot get thru on phone. I need to find out why i cannot access internet. My modem (not xfinties) died while on vacation. I replaced it and of course now it will not connect to internet
