I just finished up a tech visit to resolve my heavily reduced upload bandwidth (~1Mbps instead of the 25Mbps I pay for) issue. The tech identified a problem at the node and showed me on a monitoring app on his iPad that everyone in my neighborhood's upload bandwith is constrained. This has been going on for >7 days.
How will I know when someone has come to resolve the issue at the node?
