I moved recently and had new Xfinity equipment installed in my new home. The service rep did not take my old equipment. What should I do with the old equipment?
I would reccomend taking your old equipment to an Xfinity Retail Store to return, there is an option to return via UPS but it can take longer than bringing it directly to Comcast. Hope this helps -TheMasterTech
@TheMasterTech is correct. You can drop the equipment off at the local service center to avoid unreturned equipment fees.
