I switched my TV provider to a TV streaming service due to costs becoming too much. I inquired with customer service about available internet offers and the only one offered was for $89.99 for 150mbps. My current plan with Xfinity is $89.99 for same internet speed and 210+ channels. It is unacceptable that this is what I was offered when new customer deals for 150mbps are $39.99/month. This equates to an existing customer paying $1200 more than a new customer in a year. I have been nothing but disappointed with Xfinity. I have requested for my services to be cancelled in a few days. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestions?
